What is the void window? ▾
The void window is the same day of ticketing (BSP Bangladesh settlement). During this period you can cancel for a full refund with no penalty. After the window closes, airline cancellation fees apply.
What is a reissue? ▾
A reissue changes the date or flight on an existing ticket. You pay any fare difference plus the airline's reissue penalty. You must confirm the amount before your wallet is debited.
Why is my booking showing as Ticketed but I have not received an email? ▾
